One of the business aspects associated with the 4IR is the need to experience exceptional service. In the environment of automation and artificial intelligence, the drive towards more efficient, remarkable and extraordinary service is real. In this regard human need already adjusts to the high standards set in the AI environment. Question is how does this impact on my community business?
The answer does not lie in finite technology that mimics perfection. The real answer to this question is found in the Christian perspective on the reinstatement of a personal relationship with God. To be in the presence of eternal infinite perfection. Here it is not about doing and earning. It is about being and sharing. Being salt. Being light. What amazing grace!

Opening Statement:
The military give medals to people that are willing to sacrifice themselves so that others may gain. Business gives bonusses to people who are willing to sacrifice others so that the business can gain.
Reality hitting home:
Reality of the value of life and priorities in war shape conduct and attitude. Fear limits rational thinking and the choice to serve those who serve others. Facing the extreme risks requires one to be at peace with the ultimate possible personal sacrifice. You are not in control. No defence. How is this possible given the emotional rollercoaster? Unconditional love tested in the context of war and hate.
Lesson learned:
Why did the general send Simon to be exposed to this? The experience cannot be bought. The eyewitness experience cannot credibly be captured only by words. The tangible emotional support (Go on) at the presentation was not staged. The experience was necessary to confirm that love is the real driving force behind self-sacrificing service. Love creates this incredible community willing to sacrifice all to serve those who serve others.
Christian Context:
Christian entrepreneurs can share eternal life because of the final sacrifice that Christ made for us. The Holy Spirit equipped us for the ministry to edify the body of Christ. Faith, hope and unconditional love (agapé) drive this even more incredible sharing community of believers in Christ. It is impossible to keep quiet when experiencing this first hand.
What opportunities do your life journey presents to touch lives of people who serve others?
2 Cor 1:3-4
3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.
The Greek word translated as comfort is “parakaleo”. It can be explained as to be called near/alongside. The fellowship of suffering becomes a fellowship of comfort — From God, to us, to one another.
